• 2–5 business days for shipping after processing
Processing times may be extended during launches, holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Haus of Beyouty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Haus of Beyouty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated turnaround times will be provided within the product description when applicable.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of luxury hair products and beauty items, all sales are final.
For sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any opened, worn, altered, or used hair products.
